About the event

During this one hour presentation, Chief Melvin Martin (Hardin County Fire Department) and Joe Campbell (TWRA Boating Investigator) discuss the challenges and aspects of working together and leading as a team during the long mission to locate 3 missing boaters that went across the Pickwick Dam on February 22, 2020. This was an 18 day mission with a lot of interesting caveots (i.e. flooded Tennessee River and strong currents) that made it really challenging and very dangerous.
