Mr. Roy Goddard (seated) was a founding member of the Greenback rescue Squad in loudon County. he was a TARS State officer serving as the state chaplain from 1993-2010. roy was instrumental in starting the TARS Honor Guard and was a founding member of the Tennessee Federation of Fire Chaplains.
