Course Description
A brief presentation delivered by Bobby Clevenger (TDOT Traffic Incident Management Coordinator) about the newly revised TIMS Strategic Plan for Tennessee and how you can assist and stay safe on our roadways. Topics to be discussed include a TIMs program presentation, the TDOT strategic plan, and TDOTs available resources. A Help Truck Operator will also be there as well to talk about their program and their abilities.
Bobby Clevenger is a Traffic Incident Management Coordinator with Tennessee Department of Transportation. His role involves coordinating with various response teams, facilitating steering committee meetings, and conducting after-action reviews, all aimed at achieving the TIM Strategic Plan's objectives. With 34 years in law enforcement, Bobby's career includes 7 years with the Cocke County Sheriff Department and 27 years with the Tennessee Highway Patrol, where he retired at the rank of Lieutenant in 2024.
